Here are a list of the settings you can mess with:
cl_crosshair_dynamic (adjusts based on moving/firing)
cl_crosshair_thickness (self explanatory)
cl_crosshair_alpha (opacity I think)
cl_crosshair_red/blue/green (color)
I ended up going with the following settings, respectively
0
1
255
255, 0, 0
This gives me a small thin red crosshair, and I've found my shots have been a lot more accurate because of it. It also always me to have more vision because the normal crosshair is pretty large. I know most people probably already know about this, but it had completely slipped my mind from my competitive CS days and playing wow where I never had to worry about crosshair settings. Hopefully this will help some players improve their game, and even if it isn't a big thing it is still better than nothing.
Cheers.

I play on a giant resolution so it is definitely more useful for people with worse comps. I'll probably change it to red though, nothing stands out more...

+1 very nice find I've been looking for these since the dpv vid. Made my crosshair white for awesomeness.

Definitely need to try this out, picking off hunters in mid-air is a pain in the ass.
