So slappywag sent me a pm regarding a few of the exploits I've gone over, so I figured I'd clarify them a little in this post.

His questions were:

1) Can special infected move larger objects to block paths?

Answer:

No this was fixed a patch or two ago, previously infected could move forklifts and generators to block paths.  Tanks are the only infected that can move these objects.  These objects will also disappear shortly after the tank dies to prevent blocking of necessary passages.

2) Is there anyway to get rid of the spawn timer when doing the spectator exploit as infected?

Answer:

Yes, originally when I heard about the exploit I tried it and received the spawn timer by spectating and changing teams manually.  I figured you would have to have a bind or a script to auto rejoin infected, and the exploit circumnavigated the spawn timer because it would rejoin before the server could recognize the switch.  It is pretty simple, you would just have to make a script that joined spectator and rejoined the infected in the same bind.  I didn't know the exact console command for joining the infected and I didn't really care since I don't go out of my way to exploit.  Since slappy asked however I did a little research and found out the command for joining infected is jointeam 3.

So the bind to do this would be the following, bind "spectate; jointeam 3"

Semi colon and quotes are necessary for this to work.

Here is a video of the exploit in action:

Honestly I say abuse the **** out of it until valve fixes it.  Unless I'm in a match or playing against friends I plan on doing this relentlessly.

I really hope these blogs of yours get valve to fix this ****.  For two hours on Friday night we tried to find a server that was 1) free of exploiters or 2) not full of bads.  Any server we found that wasn't full of gimps would have someone start survivor or infected exploiting as soon as we started rolling them.  I eventually got pissed and just played other games for the rest of the weekend.

You can easily tell who is going to use the respawn exploit. They never stay quiet.
